
Jonathan Locitzer, DPT, CFMT
Founder/Owner - Healing Motion Physical Therapy
Dr. Jonathan Locitzer received his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Columbia University, graduating with honors. He received the Excellence in Adult Orthopedics Award for the Class of 2007. After graduating, Jonathan continued his pursuit in orthopedics and manual therapy with over 450 contact hours of continuing education classes. Classes included myofascial release, joint mobilization (spine/extremity), craniosacral therapy, manipulative therapy, peripheral nerve mobilization and various other evaluative and therapy techniques.
In 2011, Jonathan began working at Integrate NYC Physical Therapy where he was exposed to Eastern Medicine, collaborating with Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. As a former partner at Integrate NYC, Jonathan worked to create a true holistic approach to physical therapy combining the best of both western and eastern medicine philosophies. Jonathan uses elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as Qi Gong, Tui Na (traditional Chinese massage), cupping and external application of herbs, poultices and liniments.
Jonathan keeps very active in his free time with playing tennis, snowboarding and biking. Jonathan lives in Maplewood, NJ with his wife, and two young children.

Vilma Wong, DPT, CFMT, OCS
Dr. Vilma Wong (soon to be FAAOMPT), is returning to her home and husband in New York City after spending 14 months completing the internationally accredited Functional Manual Therapy® Fellowship Program at Johnson & Johnson Physical Therapy under the direction of Gregory S Johnson, PT and Vicky Saliba Johnson, PT.
Vilma received her Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006 from Columbia University and completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at St. John's University graduating with honors as summa cum laude.
For over a decade she has been a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). In addition, her breadth of coursework includes visceral and neuromeningeal manipulation and foot & ankle, kinesiotaping, pain neuroscience and pelvic floor therapy. Two years ago Vilma achieved Certification in Functional Manual Therapy with honors (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA). Vilma believes the quality of physical therapy care is based on optimizing movement and function through expert manual skills and patient education and can be improved through mentoring and teaching students and clinicians.
Vilma is an avid learner and looks forward to continuing to hone her skills in visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute as well as through Stecco's work in Fascial Manipulation. In her spare time, Vilma keeps herself active through biking, reading, DIY projects, drumming and geeking out on anatomy.

Nolan Gardner, DPT
Dr. Nolan Gardner received his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Hunter College and was the recipient of the Scott Elder Service Award, "given to a student displaying sincere concern for peers and the profession". Since completing his DPT, he has taken over 20 multi-day continuing education courses in order to learn as many techniques as he can. His primary goal is to help patients of all ages and maximize patient's potential.
Nolan has completed the requirements to be certified in Functional Manual Therapy thru the Institute of Physical Art and will sit for the certification in 2023. He specializes in using an integrative and holistic approach to the human body and helps patients discover the root causes of their problems. He believes in an interconnected system in which the painful part is not always the "problem" part.
Before becoming a PT, Nolan attended Bard College, completing a 5-year program, obtaining his MS in Environmental Policy. Alexandra Siegrist, PT, DPT
Dr. Alex Siegrist received her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Hunter College and was the recipient of the Award for Clinical Excellence. She has been practicing as a Pelvic Floor therapist for all genders since her Pelvic Floor residency at one of NYC’s oldest operating independent Pelvic Floor clinics. Since her graduation she has taken over 100 hours of continued education for treatment of pelvic floor, musculoskeletal, and movement dysfunctions, including a 6-month mentorship with First Principles of Movement.
She believes a full body approach is important to restoring pelvic health and incorporates the principles of strength and conditioning, along with manual therapy, to enhance health and movement for all of her patients. Her experiences as a military veteran (USAF 2009-2015) gave her a strong desire to advocate for holistic care that treats every part of the body.
Alex remains involved with veteran programs here in New York City and hopes to help increase awareness of pelvic health for veterans. In her free time, she enjoys training with kickboxing, yoga, kettlebell and weightlifting. She can be found exploring Brooklyn with her partner and their two dogs.
